Photo Shoot Action 2007

Every spring, the worlds best windsurfers congregate on the beach at Camp One for the annual brochure photoshoots.

mauiwindcam is proud to be the first to bring you coverage of this event! We've saved the images captured every 5 seconds between 13:00 and 18:00 and generated some short movie clips.

Each clip compresses an hour of action into about 2½ minutes and is around 10MB to download.

March 25, 2007

Day 5 - Just another busy day on the beach! Most of the windsurfing action can be seen between 16:00 and 17:00, with Bjorn Dunkerbeck and Jimmy Diaz slalom racing for the North photo shoot.

Other sailors featured in today's action include Jason Polakow, Ben Proffitt, Leo Ray, Victor Fernandez Lopez, Nik Baker, Micah Buzianis and Robby Swift.

Day 4 - Another action packed day. The winds started off lighter today, but filled in by 2pm allowing for another round of freestyle just off the beach.

Day 3 - The boys from Neil Pryde and North were joined by the Fanatic team for todays action. Day 2 - With wind and waves down a bit, many of the sailors took some time off today. However Camp One was still full of eager watermen including Nik Baker and Bjorn Dunkerbeck, ready to get in front of the lenses of the sports top photographers and videographers. The impressive list included Darrel Wong, Jérôme Houyvet, Charles Oreve, Mark Moquin and Adam Reeves.

Day 1 - The top Freestyle, Slalom and Wave sailors were out testing and photographing their latest equipment today. Amongst these watermen and women were Kauli Seadi, Ricardo Campello, Diony Guadagnino, Alex Mussolini, Robby Swift, Anne-Marie Reichman, Kevin Mevissen, PWA Chairman Jimmy Diaz and number one in the world for both Slalom 42 and Super X, Antoine Albeau.
