Rope Tree falls!
September 16th, 2006Today marked the end of an era for the Stable Road community, when at 11:45 Rope Tree fell to its death. We’d already witnessed several trees fall this summer as a result of the high levels of beach erosion, including hammock tree.
Rope Tree was a true landmark, and will be sorely missed. As a result, we are running a tribute page where you can enjoy some of our favourite rope tree moments and sign its book of condolences.
