North Shore engulfed in smoke as fire burns for 10 hours!
A brush fire on the Kahului Airport side of Stable Road caused the shut down of 3 of our cameras Saturday morning. As flames lept 100 feet into the air we watched in fear and horor as the Maui Fire Department and the Kahalui Airport Fire Department fought for 10 hours to bring the blaze under control.

Kitesurfing Service Announcement – Keep The Sport Alive On The North Shore!
The FAA has issued a Waiver to MKC that allows some restricted kiteboarding activities, within certain areas. Without this FAA Waiver, all kiteboarding would be banned within a five mile radius of the Kahului Airport (OGG), which would mean all of Kanaha and Lanes. End of an era. Camp One Beach cam to move to new location.
